The current Runway preview does not yet include an in-app cancellation or refund workflow.

Refunds depend on the fare rules​

Flight fare families and hotel room options can display supplier flexibility terms before a request is saved. These terms explain what would apply once supplier booking is connected.

Current limitation​

There is no Cancel button, supplier cancellation request, refund calculation, or refund-to-card flow in this build. Pending trip requests are stored in Runway only; they are not supplier reservations.

For internal preview data that needs correction, contact the SMEP product owner rather than assuming a supplier cancellation has occurred.

Do not promise a refund amount from the labels in this preview. Final eligibility and value depend on the supplier confirmation and payment record once those integrations are live.
