Analytics & exports
Company analytics are available to admins. Members see a message asking them to contact an admin for a report.
What Analytics shows
The 30-day view includes:
- Booking count
- Booked value
- Declines
- Settled payments
- Bookings by day
- Flights versus stays
- Policy compliance
- Activity by event, including booking, approval, payment, expense, and referral activity
Charts remain empty until the company has recorded relevant activity.
Export expenses
Admins and HR / Finance can export company expenses from Expenses. Use the available date and currency controls before exporting if you need a narrower report.
